Step #1: Check Your Email For The Receipt & The Username and Password Email
After your purchase, you should have receive two emails from us. Keep the receipt email (file as a business expense!) and check for the email with the link to set up your password. Click the link to set up your password and move onto the next step below.
Step #2: Set Your Password & Log In To Your Account
After clicking the link in your email to set up your password you will be directed to a page where you can set up/reset your password. Set up your password and log in to Duct Tape Training by clicking the “Sign in” button at the top right.
If for some reason, you have trouble logging in after setting your password the first time, please just reset your password again and you should be able to log in using the new one. If you have any issues, please contact us at [email protected]
Step #3: Navigate Your Account
When logged in, click the profile dropdown icon to see all your account options including your profile, messages, groups, courses and more! Also, notice the inbox message icon and the notification bell icon at the top right.
Step #4: Build Out Your Profile
Click your Profile and click the “Edit Profile” button to update your info. Be sure to update your First Name, Last Name, Nickname, Bio, Social Links, Website (if you have one) and Profile Picture! Also, make sure you save your changes by clicking the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page. All of this will come in handy when we add you to your cohort group and you start networking with others 🙂
Step #5: Access The Course
When logged in, you’ll be able to start working through the first lesson in the Consultant Jumpstart course. Simply click on the “Start Course” button to start working through the course or navigate to it through the website menu, your profile, or the profile dropdown. To get the most out of the course, be sure to take your time watching the lesson videos, reviewing the resources, and doing your homework!
Step #6: Get Added To Your Mastermind Group
The last step is to get added to your cohort group where you will be able to engage with us and fellow members, ask questions, get updates, and more! There’s actually nothing for you to do – you will get notified via email as soon as we assign you to a cohort group. Until then, feel free to start working through the course and building out your profile.
